Rosalie Guillem and her daughter Audrey Saba Guillem had a dream—to share delectable French macarons with the world.
Being from France, they were surprised to find that American macarons were often simply sugar spun into a cookie. They
knew theirs could be so much more.
Working with Didier Saba, French-trained pastry chef,
Rosalie and Audrey set about perfecting their macaron
recipe. Together they used only quality ingredients to
create tasty savory and sweet morsels of crisp meringue
with a soft, flavorful filling. An explosion of flavor!
In 2010, the Guillems gathered their family in America
and opened their first Le Macaron in Sarasota, Florida.
Welcoming their visitors and making them part of their
extended family, word soon spread nationwide of the
warm, embracing ambience of Le Macaron. A boutique
that invites visitors to slow their pace of life and indulge
themselves with amazing macarons, fine chocolates, and
delectable beverages.
As word spread and visitors from across the world flocked
to the store, the family expanded the Le Macaron business to serve their extended family of customers on a national basis.
Today, you can offer the same inviting atmosphere and scrumptious handmade treats, still created in the original kitchen, to
your friends and family with your own Le Macaron franchise.
We have tested and perfected recipes for
products made in our bakery. We are very proud of
the quality of our products. We offer little luxuries
that make people smile.
Considered the jewel of French pastries, the amazing morsels produced by Le Macaron use only the freshest ingredients
including almond flour, eggs, sugar, and ganache or jam. Our macarons are gluten-free with no preservatives. At only 70 calories
apiece, they are an amazing taste sensation that is easy on your customers’ waistline.
Created on-site in the Le Macaron kitchen to ensure quality and freshness, our macarons are shipped to your store. Le Macaron
also offers gelato, fine chocolates and additional French pastries with which you can indulge your clientele. Requiring no on-site
preparation, your focus remains on providing your customers with the French experience of a slower pace where they can sit and
sip a marvelous beverage over Le Macaron’s amazing delicacies.
