Other Information
Arrival and Entry
This event has a combination of Reserved Seating and General Admission. It is NOT recommended
to arrive early and line up before gate opening times. There will be no access to the venue or toilet
facilities before gates opening time.
Coopers Stadium is expecting large crowds for the Foo Fighters. If you have opted to collect your
tickets, we advise doing so before you get to the venue to avoid queues at the box offices. Please
click here to view the list for a Ticketek outlet closest to you.
If you do decide to collect your tickets at the venue, be sure to arrive early as delays are likely. Box
offices open at 2.30pm. The main Ticket Office is located at the Manton Street entry – next to Gate
10. A second Ticket Office is located at the Holden Street entry – next to Gate 4. If you need to
collect tickets or have any questions about your tickets, please go to a Ticket Office.
You can enter the Stadium through the following entries – refer to map below for Gate location:
 General Admission – Gate 9 (Manton Street)
 Reserved Seated Northern and Eastern Stands – Gate 10 (Manton Street)
 Reserved Seated Western Stand – Gate 4 (Holden Street)
 Corporate – Gate 4 (Holden Street)
It is at these external entries that you will be searched and have your tickets scanned. Please have
your tickets out and ready to be scanned by staff. Keep your ticket on you at all time as your will be
required to display your ticket to staff at various times.
Once inside, just head to your allocated stand / seat / area as detailed on your ticket. To identify
which stand you are in, look for the Section in the bottom left hand corner (bar code side) and the
Section letter indicates the stand – refer to Seat section map over page:
WL
Your tickets are in the Western Stand, lower decks. Enter Gate 4 Holden Street
and the Stand is straight ahead.
WU
Your tickets are in the Western Stand, upper deck. Enter Gate 4 Holden Street
and straight ahead. Take the Stairs or Lift to Level 5.
E
Your tickets are in the Eastern Stand, enter Gate 10 Manton Street and the
Stand is straight ahead.
N
Your tickets are in the Northern Stand, enter Gate 10 Manton Street (not Gate
1 as on your ticket) and turn right behind Eastern Stand.
GA
Your tickets are General Admission Standing on the Pitch, enter Gate 9 Manton
Street. Access to the pitch is directly ahead.
In the stands, if you need assistance, an Usher staff member will direct you to the area where your
seat is located.
Only patrons with General Admission tickets are permitted access to the pitch via any designated
pitch entry / exit, and you will be issued a wrist band on your first access to the pitch. This wrist
band must be worn and shown any time you enter the pitch. Once you are wearing a wrist band
you can leave and return to the pitch via multiple access points around the pitch to obtain access to
Food and Beverage, toilet and other facilities behind the stands.
Again, be sure to keep your ticket on you at all times when you are in the venue. You will need to
show it any time you enter the performance space.
Please be quiet upon leaving the Stadium after the concert to avoid disturbing local residents.
Searches
Please be aware it is a Condition of Entry that you are subject to a search and bag check. Police and
venue security will be in attendance.
Drinks
No plastic/glass bottles or cans will be permitted to be brought into the venue. All alcoholic drinks
purchased at venue outlets will also need to be poured into cups provided. Soft drinks / water
purchased inside the venue must have the lids removed.
Please make sure that you stay hydrated at the event. Free tap water is available at locations
throughout the venue – ask staff for assistance.
Minors Under the Age of 12
Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent / carer / companion over the age of 15
at the event.
Meeting Point and Post Event Pick Ups
There will be a lot of people attending the event, so it is important you and your friends decide on a
meeting point if you get separated. Also, if you are going to be collected after the event, organise a
meeting point in advance. We suggest on Port Road, as this is an area that is unlikely to be affected
by traffic restrictions and heavy congestion.
The Patron Reunion Point in the unlikely event of an emergency is the Red Star (see photo below) in
front of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Port Road.
Dancing and Standing
Please do not dance or stand on your seats or in aisles / stairwells, as it is unsafe and you are not
permitted to do so. Also, if you are dancing or standing in front of your seat, please be considerate
of the people who may be sitting behind you.
No Cloak Room Services
There are NO cloak room services at the Stadium. Any prohibited items will be taken from patrons
and not returned. Therefore, please only bring essential items for attending concert.
ATMs
Automatic Teller Machines are located in the Eastern Stand and in the food court under the
Western Stand. EFTPOS facilities are available at most venue outlets.
Cameras, Videos & Recording Devices
Small personal cameras only are permitted for this event. NO Professional Cameras, IPads, selfie
sticks, any video or any audio equipment is permitted in the venue.
Earplugs
Complimentary earplugs are available from Gates 4, 9 and 10. Alternatively, please approach our
friendly staff if you require earplugs.
Food & Beverage
Coopers Stadium has limited fixed and mobile food and beverage outlets available within the ground
areas and other public spaces. The Stadium offers a variety of basic hot food items, confectionery
and beverages. EFTPOS facilities are available at most venue outlets.
Merchandise
The Stadium has merchandise stands with EFTPOS facilities to enable you to purchase event related
merchandise. Outlets will be located in the Eastern Stand Plaza and Western Stand Plaza inside the
Stadium. Another will be located outside the Stadium on Manton Street between Gates 9 and 10.
Toilets
Male and female toilets are located throughout the venue, including disabled toilets which are
located in the Western, Northern and Eastern Stands.
Lifts
All stands are accessible via stairs. There are 3 lifts in the Stadium:
 Western Stand – express lift to Level 5 Public seating
 Western Stand Corporate Lift – services Corporate Guests only to Level 4
 Eastern Stand – lift to Concourse Level for mobility restricted patron access to Northern
and Eastern Stands
No Smoking
Coopers Stadium is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is strictly prohibited. You
will need to exit the Stadium via Gates 4, 9, 10 or 13. If you are exiting the venue you need your
ticket and a valid pass out to re-enter the Stadium. “E-cigarettes” are strictly prohibited also.
Getting to Coopers Stadium
Tram
The Tram is the cheapest and most convenient way to travel to and from Coopers Stadium from the
City. Tram services between the City and the Coopers Stadium precinct are free of charge and
services operate with a good level of frequency, which will be increased prior to and after the
concert. The tram station located closest to Coopers Stadium is situated in front of the Adelaide
Entertainment Centre which is approximately a 300m walk to the Stadium.
Train
The Bowden Train Station is within approximately 400m of Coopers Stadium.
Buses
Bus stops are within close proximity (300m) of Coopers Stadium.
Taxis
A Taxi Rank will be available outside the front of the Adelaide Entertainment Centre (Port Road)
which is approximately a 300m walk to the Stadium. Due to traffic restrictions, taxis will not be able
to get to the Stadium entries/exits. The only exception will be taxis for disabled patrons which will
be permitted to collect disabled patrons in Holden Street near Gate 1 after the concert.
Bicycle
Bicycle parking rails are located at the Manton Street entry (externally between Gates 9 & 10).
There are rails also in proximity to Gate 6 on Holden Street. There are also rails in front of the
Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticket Office, Port Road.
Car
The most convenient place to park when visiting Coopers Stadium is at the Adelaide Entertainment
Centre which is located approximately 300m from the Stadium. Parking costs $12 and there are
more than 1,400 spaces available (Car park closes strictly 90 minutes after the conclusion of
Coopers Stadium events and additional parking fees are applicable thereafter). The Adelaide
Entertainment Centre Car Park is accessible from Port Road, Mary Street, Manton Street and Adam
Street.
Adelaide Entertainment Centre disabled car parks can be pre-booked by phoning 08 8208 2222
during normal business hours. Parks are subject to availability.
Lane Closures & Traffic Restrictions
There will be lane closures and traffic restrictions in the precinct surrounding the Stadium after the
concert to assist with pedestrian safety and efficient clearing of traffic.
