ost Blessed Sacrament Parish is a welcoming community which comes together to implement Christ’s mission. We join to teach,
to evangelize, to accept and to encourage ourselves and others in ongoing spiritual growth. Serving and supporting those within
and beyond our parish remains a major focus as we recognize that each of us is called to be a witness to God’s love in our world.

IMPORTANT PEOPLE
Every pastor will acknowledge the fact that no parish could possibly survive for very long without the many good people who devote their
time and talent to the community. We have many and are grateful.

Eucharistic Adoration at MBS: Calling All
Angels!
Just imagine, for a moment, that you live in Jesus’
time and that He invites you to visit with Him and to
spend some time quietly with Him to get to know Him
better. Imagine that He is sitting beside you, that He
puts His arm on your shoulder and tells you how
much He loves you and how much He wants you to spend time
with Him every week ….. face-to-face ….. and someday, to be
with Him for all eternity.
Knowing that it is Jesus making such an invitation, we would
be honored and humbled at the same time. We would make
every effort to be there with Him. What one of us would refuse
to spend one hour with Jesus in person every week? The good
news is that you can actually do just that through our weekly
Saturday Adoration. Yes, every Saturday from 9:30 AM until
4:30 PM, Jesus is present …. Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity
….. waiting for us to visit with Him in Eucharistic Adoration.
Although we invite you to drop in whenever you can and for
as long as you are able, we really need adorers to sign up and
commit to a specific hour each Saturday. We are trying to get a
minimum of 2 committed adorers per hour so that if you are ever
unable to make a Saturday during your committed hour, you
don't have to worry.....your partner can cover the hour for
you. Please consider this invitation from Jesus....and call Rose
Stone at 201-677-0761 if you can commit for an hour or even if
you are able to commit to a specific 30 minutes. You will be
greatly blessed.

The community of Most Blessed
Sacrament invites all to a deeper love of
Jesus and to a fullness of communion with
the Church.
The Rite of Christian Initiation for
Adults (RCIA) is a process where adults are welcomed
into the Catholic Church.
Do you know someone who is thinking about
becoming part of the Catholic Church? Are you the nonCatholic spouse of a parishioner who is wondering about
full communion with the Church? Are you an adult
Catholic who, for whatever reason, "missed" one or more
of the sacraments of initiation (First Holy Communion
and/or Confirmation) while growing up?
Anyone interested in learning more can contact Father
John at 201-891-4200 x28.
