hearing will be held on March 18,
2015 at 8:00 p.m. at the Shelley
City Hall, 101 S. Emerson Ave.,
Shelley, Idaho.
The purpose of this hearing is
to consider issuance of a special
use permit to allow a preschool to
be operated in a Single Family
Dwelling (R1) zone in a residential
home located at 447 Quigg Avenue, Shelley, Idaho. The legal de-
