Beyond Basic Shag
This class is designed for those who have had
a basic shag class. You will build on basic shag
steps and learn variations such as belly roll,
boogie walk and other fun steps. No partner
necessary.

This nine-week beginner training program
combines strength training at the Bon Secours
St. Francis Outdoor Fitness Hub and walking to
help you successfully walk 6.2 miles. Program
