Ramdhan is a lecturer at the Department of Geology, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He received ascholarship from Total E&P Indonesie (TEPI) to pursue his PhD study at Durham University, UK. Durham is well known as one of the biggest overpressure research centre in the world. He is an active member of IAGI (Indonesian Association of Geologist) and EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers). He maintains his overpressure research by actively publishing his research in scientific journals (e.g. PetroleumGeoscience and AAPG Bulletin) as well as by presenting it in scientific meeting (e.g. AAPG workshop, EAGE workshop, IPA, and IAGI).Currently, he is an investigator in a multi-sponsor advanced overpressure research at Durham, and also one of main investigators at a multi-sponsor overpressure research at ITB (www.inovid.com) Information and Registration Phone/Fax : (+62-21) 5250040 Email : [email protected] / [email protected] Direct phone to : Arida Chyntia Andriani (+6281288924225) Joko Andi Wibowo (+6281220091006) Learn more about us, please visit www.hagi.or.id or send email to [email protected] HAGI REGULAR COURSE 2015 REGISTRATION FORM Course Title : Overpressure in Sedimentary Basins: Mechanism, Prediction, It is Application to Geo-Hazard and Petroleum System Analyses, and Case Studies from Some Indonesia`s Sedimentary Basins Dates : 27 April – 1 May 2015 Venue : Bali, Indonesia Instructor : AgusMochamadRamdhan Course Registration Fee : (HAGI Member)* Rp. 27.500.000,- /(HAGI Non-Member)* Rp. 28.500.000,*(Kindly (IDR/US$) registration fee appropriate flyer) PARTICIPANT(Kindly complete the data) Title : *Mr . /*Mrs Attendance Name : ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Title : ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Company : ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Office Address : ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Phone/Facsimile : ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Mobile Phone Number : ________________________________________________________________________________________________ E-mail Address : ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Contact Person : ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Phone____________________________________E-mail_______________________________________________ HAGI Member : *Yes /*No *(Kindly √ appropriate square) Special Notifications : The Investment Fee includes meals (2x coffee break and lunch), course materials, course kits, group photograph, and certificate (exclude hotel and tax).
