Abstracts
Members and non-members of both Associations are invited to submit an abstract of no more than 250
words, for the Spring Meeting . Abstracts should be for a poster on any subject which might be of interest
to members of the Association - diabetes, endocrinology or general medicine. All accepted abstracts will be
published on the ABCD, WEDS and BJDVD websites.. Please submit your abstract via the web page here.
Closing date for submission of abstracts is Wednesday 18th February 2015

Accommodation
Accommodation must be booked separately by yourself should you require it. We have negotiated a rate of
£126 bed and breakfast (including VAT) at the Hilton Cardiff for the night of Thursday 23rd April 2015. The
booking code for these bedrooms is 'AREDA', these can be booked by phoning Amy Davies on 02920
646314 or by emailing [email protected]. Credit cards will be required at time of booking, with
individual cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival.
These rooms and rates are only guaranteed until Wednesday 25th March 2015. After this date
accommodation and rates will be subject to availability. We strongly advise that you book your rooms well
in advance.
Refunds
Please note that in the event of cancellation, delegate fees are only refundable until 25th March 2015. After
this date no refunds will be issued. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.
