Payment Terms:
20% of the award value shall be
released after completion of
installation & commission of CCMS
units and balance 80% shall be
released in subsequent years in equal
instalments.
Revised Payment Terms:
10% advance against submission
of Advance Bank Guarantee (ABG)
40% after completion of supply,
installation, testing &
commissioning of CCMS units
and satisfactory operation for
2months duly certified by EESL
EIC and Vendor.
Remaining 50% shall be released
in equal intallments on quarterly
basis for subsequent years (7
years contract period).
