Skills/Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:  Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 or above  Hospitality qualification at or equivalent experience  Experience of, and able to demonstrate skills in delivering training to colleagues within the Hospitality sector, with a mixed background of Hotel and Restaurant/Bar work.  Ideally hold CTLLS or be willing to work towards.
