Grown in 8cm square pots and presented in
correx trays overprinted with purple coloured
text sweet Scented Lavender. Supplied
complete with colour pictorial labels in trays of
twenty plants of one variety.
‘Maxi’ Lavender Range
A choice selection of larger plants grown in
1.5 litre, round black pots and presented in
black module trays. Supplied complete with
colour pictorial labels in trays of six plants of
one variety per tray.

Propagated from selected stock, our lavender

How To Order
Availability Lists are sent to customers on a weekly basis every Sunday, which customers can choose to receive via Fax or email.
Orders should be returned via FAX to 01302 846909 or email to [email protected]. Alternatively, orders may be
placed by phone on (01302) 841856. Please place your orders by Monday afternoon to ensure delivery the same week.
Where delivery is via Trolleynet, please ensure orders are placed by lunchtime on Monday. We request that Customers
please order early for Bank Holiday Deliveries.
VAT
Culinary Herbs are zero rated. Non-culinary Herbs are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Delivery
Minimum order for FREE DELIVERY - 25 or more Trays within 100 miles of the Nursery, which can be made up of Herbs,
Wildflowers or Lavenders.
Point of Sale Material
Our Herb Point of Sale Package is provided at our discretion, on loan and free of charge to Customers regularly stocking
products by Rose Cottage Herbs Limited. The point of sale is provided on agreement that it will only be used to promote
the sale of products supplied by Rose Cottage Herbs Limited. Please Note: We reserve totally, the right to remove point of
sale provided by Rose Cottage Herbs Limited from the Customers display area should this agreement be violated.
Payment
New Customers - Payment is required on collection or delivery unless credit arrangements have been agreed. Established
Customers - Accounts are due for payment within 28 day of the invoice date. A 10% Credit Surcharge is added to all invoices
which may be deducted for payment within the credit period. Please Note: Overdue accounts will be surcharged at 10% or the
order value for the first month of part thereof and subsequently at 3% per month or part thereof. All goods remain the property of
Rose Cottage Herbs Limited until paid for in full. Note: Please make cheques payable to ROSE COTTAGE HERBS LIMITED
Conditions of Sale
The placing of an order is deemed to be acceptance of the above terms. Every effort is made to keep our stock true to name and
free from pest and disease at the time of delivery. Our liability is limited to replacement of plants supplied or at our option the
crediting of any cash paid for them.
