Check the website for most current schedule. BEGINNER INTERMEDIATE Ab Lab Strengthen and tone your core and back muscles. Aqua Jog Emphasis on increasing tone, flexibility, strength and stamina. Barre Barre class incorporates the best of Pilates, Yoga, and classical ballet technique. It is incredibly effective in toning, strengthening and conditioning the entire body. Boot Camp Participants enjoy heart-pounding fitness training as they tackle obstacle courses and execute a variety of exercises including squat thrusts, lunges, burpees and more. Boot Camp TRX Heart-pounding fitness training just like our traditional boot camp incorporating our TRX suspension system. TRX was devised by Navy Seals for the ultimate workout. Cardio Combat This class works around our Queenax Bridge Play Station. Bag work, jump rope, focus pads and conditioning drills are used to prepare you for 1-on-1 contact training. You’ll also be running on the treadmills to make for a fast getaway. Cardio Kickboxing This class is more of a freestyle part-dance, part-kickboxing, part-core class that will have you moving and grooving and using muscles you never knew you had. Cardio Tennis This class combines some skill aspects of tennis with cardiovascular exercise to deliver a high energy, full body workout. Corrective Exercise Re-learning fundamental exercises ADVANCED in strict, proper form. Introducing foam rolling and other myofascial release techniques, total body mobility, and postural reconstruction and control. Cycle-ology Cycle-ology 90 Learn and master the physical and psychological components of cycling. Hills, Intervals & Sprinting are all incorporated into this class. Cycle-ology 90 adds 30 minutes to your workout. Detox Hot Yoga* Repeating 24 postures and holding others makes this class unique. It gives you the ability to move deeper with greater understanding. Modalities such as Asthanga, Iyengar, Kripalu and Anusara are infused in this practice. Kettlebell Training This 6-week strength training class is based around fundamental kettlebell exercises, also incorporating battle ropes, agility ladders, and high intensity intervals to keep you strong and lean. Lean & Mean Contour your body with resistance training exercises that utilize dumbbells, body bars, medicine balls, Xertubing and more to increase strength, flexibility and balance. Masters Swim The Masters Swim Team is the perfect place to rekindle your competitive spirit, try a new sport or simply stay in shape. Mobility This class consists of foam rolling and essential joint work to promote ankle, hip and shoulder mobility. Pilates Mat Postural alignment and strength exercises tone and stretch the spine, hips, abs and back. Focus is on breath, joint extension and balance. Pilates Reformer The Pilates studio, dedicated exclusively to reformer training, features six reformers, Cadillac and stability chair pieces, all of which are incorporated to provide a superior training experience. 6-week classes offer members a tailored and progressive approach to developing core strength and long, lean muscles, with a low student-to-teacher ratio. After starting in the fitness studio, be prepared to move around the gym utilizing a variety of equipment for the ultimate total body workout. Playgrounds aren’t just for kids. Power Boxing Build power and tone your body like a World Champion boxer! Power Boxing consists of heavy bag work, working the speed bag, shadow boxing, jumping rope and focus mitt drills in the Queenax Studio. Restorative Yoga Restorative yoga can aid in improving sleep patterns, lowering glucose and cortisol levels, and stress responses, increasing metabolism and building overall good health. Melt away the stresses of the work week by relaxing into supportive poses, held for 5-20 minutes for maximum relaxation. Road Master An indoor cycling class with a technical edge. Instructors coach you through heart rate training, cycling techniques and mind body concepts that will take your workout to the next level.
