Kudzai Chivaura (25) - CFO
Possesses an undergraduate Bcom degree in Financial Manage-
ment from The University of Jo-
hannesburg. He focuses on strate-
gy and has been involved in startups such as founding Wolf & Loop-
er and a financial planning blog for students and the working youth. He serves as a creative director and stylist for a fashion blog titled The Evolved Man. Holds an undergraduate Bcom degree in Financial Management and an Honours Degree in Property Valuation and Management from The University of Jo-
hannesburg with experience in the commercial real estate sector. He is also studying towards a CIMA qualification in Finance and Management Account-
ing.
Luther Mochabe (21) - COO
Mr. Mochabe is currently studying towards a Diploma in Business Manage-
ment and Entrepreneurship. He is also currently the CEO of Mochabe 52 Projects (Pty) Ltd, a housing development company, in addition to his role at Mochabe 52 Projects, Mr. Mochabe is also the managing director of Ventso Projects (Pty) Ltd. MVP Energy Team
Zwanga Mabaya (21) - CMO
Mr. Mabaya is currently studying towards his Bcom Law degree. He is the CEO of Ventso Projects (Pty) Ltd, Managing Director of Mochabe 52 Projects (Pty) Ltd and also the founder of Kiddies Wild Fun Explosion. He is also currently the chair-
person of The Black Management Forum (BMF) student chapter at Midrand Grad-

The company is a 100% black owned enterprise and is split between four shareholders. We pro-
mote equity in our space as all the shareholders belong to the previously disadvantaged ethnic group.
The revenues gained from the products will be used to reinvest in Africa as a whole through devel-
opment and social re-
sponsibility.
Social Impact:
Our social responsibility does not end at designing and supplying energy solutions for people. We plan to be involved in academic aid from prima-
ry school level right up to tertiary with the aim of also allowing those grad-
uates the opportunity of expanding the business.
We intend on giving back to the community through corporate donations and sporting activities. How we identify the areas and the people will be through the residential areas that we design and provide energy solutions for. To this end, we are taking steps to be socially valua-
ble and to make a posi-
tive impact on the African continent.

MVP Energy's mission is to become the largest supplier of solar based products offering the highest quality products and customer service while saving customers money and making positive contributions to the communities within Africa. This mission will be encapsulated by our slogan, “A brighter today”. The company was incorporated to address the energy problem in Southern Africa and will be the sole focus of the company.
MVP Energy has identified four keys to success that will help the company grow into a mature market leader:
1. Providing cutting edge, reliable, and simple-to-install and maintain solar power/light systems.
2. Broadening the market of solar power into a mainstream energy source.
3. Designing and implementing strict financial controls.
4. Engaging with the communities in which MVP operates to get a better understanding of the consumer’s needs.

Our logo is simply the letters MVP and it states our trading name MVP Energy. The wording is in gold as to reinforce the fact that our energy is obtained from nature just as gold is found within the earth. The colour also represents the golden rays of sunlight emitted from the sun, which is the resource we use in order to generate much needed power.
