the natural hollows of the body, (under the ankles, knees, small of back and nape
of the neck), Help-ERS can be easily positioned without disturbing the casualty
and as there are no knots, ties or clips required, they can be secured quickly and
efﬁciently by one person, including to oneself. Help-ERS can be made longer by
simply joining them ensuring that the full length of the nylon fastening (hook to loop)
