They are locally made, inventive and sporty and best of all, they are delicious and fun! Growing up, my favorite thing for lunch was a frosted fruit pie. It was a treat packed with hidden sentiment as my Mom was an accomplished home cook — who cooked with flare and prided herself on making things from scratch. Today, my vision for A la Mode Pies is not just to re-create Mom’s recipes, but reinvent them using imagination and high-quality ingredients. Quite simply, exceptional pie — the kind Mom would be proud to serve. — Chris Porter, Owner 22 A la Mode Pies® with Chris Porter Each pie serves approximately 10 guests French Apple Pie $75 Organic, locally grown Granny Smith apples and cinnamon, covered in a buttery crumble Marionberry and Hazelnut Pie $75 Sweet Oregon grown marionberries in a flakey crust marbled with toasted hazelnuts Chocolate Caramel Pecan Tart $75 Rich chocolate ganache and toasted pecans in an all-butter crust, smothered in gooey homemade caramel Lemon Macaroon Tart $75 Lemon, coconut and almond-infused cheesecake batter, in a buttery shortbread crust, topped with lemon curd and toasted coconut Star-Spangled Sour Cherry Pie $75 A mix of sour cherries and a hint of almond baked in a buttermarbled crust, topped with a crust of stars SEATTLE MARINERS AT SAFECO FIELD | SUITE MENU 2015 < < INDEX Sweet Selections Serves approximately 10 guests Alki Bakery Cheesecake $70 Fresh, locally baked cheesecake with an apricot glaze and hazelnut croquant Game Fresh Baked Cookies $36 Day Gluten Free Cookies $36 Game Ice-cream Novelties Souvenir Logo Cooler $70 Day An assortment of Häagen-Dazs® ice cream Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies $36 Game Double Fudge Brownies $36 Day Game Fresh Baked Cookies and Double Fudge Brownies $36 Day Special Occasion Cake Please speak with a catering sales coordinator to arrange for your custom cake Crème Brûlée $50 Vanilla bean custard, brûléed sugar, petite macaroon 23 SEATTLE MARINERS AT SAFECO FIELD | SUITE MENU 2015 < < INDEX Specialty Cocktails At Centerplate we are always looking for emerging trends in restaurants and the food world that we can be the first to translate into sports settings.
