र 1 माह से काम अव�ध होनी चा�हए तो जो साम�ी �वशेष �कृ�त/उ�पादन साम�ी के हो तो उसक� �डल�वर� 60 �दन से कम
समय म� होनी चा�हए| लंबी सुपुत्ग
र अव�धवाले ��ताव� को सरसर� तौर पर �वचार नाह� होगा|

दर को अंको एवं श�द� दोन� म� �लखना चा�हए|
साथ ह� कुल मू�य अंको एवं श�द� म� �लखा होगा|

ृ करना चा�हए अ�यथा जहाँ एम.आर.पी �च�लत हो वहाँ|
6) �व�ेताओं को अपने ��ताव म� एम.आर.पी �लखना चा�हए जो �क उ�पाद/मद के पे�कं ग पर छपा होता है
वै यह मु�य सूची था उससे काम म� खर�दता है |
7) उदघत
ृ �कये गए मेक/�ांड को अपने ��ताव म� �वशेष रू से �लखना चा�हए|
8) कोटे शन �क �यूनतम वैधता 45 �दन क� होनी चा�हए|
9) सुपुत्ग
र शत� होगी “मु�त सुपुत्ग
र /भायखला कारखाने के �लए” केवल.
10) सामान तथा भुगतान क� शतर स�पूणर आपू�तर क� �ाि�त एवं �वीकृ�त के बाद होगी|
11)फम� क� ओर से अ��म भुगतान अथवा �ड�लवर� के �लए भुगतान पर �वचार नाह� होगा|
12) सशतर ��ताव ने ��तत
ु करे एन ��ताव� पर �वचार नह� होगा|
13) फम� को अपने ��ताव को ��तत
ु करने से पहले सहा.सा.�./सी एवं दरू /भायखला कायार्ल म� पंजीकृत होना चा�हए, ऐसा न ् होने पर उनका ��ताव
अयो�य माना जाएगा|
गैर पंजीकृत फम� को �य आदे श / सं�वदा �मलने के पहले 10% ��तभू�त जमा क� रा�श का भुगतान करना होगा ऐसा न ् होने पर
उनका ��ताव रद् हो जाएगा|
14) कंपनी के प�शीषर के ऊपर पीपीसी सेल के �भार� के पास अनुरोध करने पर पंजीकरण का आवेदन प� (�व�ेताओं के पंजीकरण हे तु आव�यक
द�तावेज़ क� सच
ू ी) �न:शु�ल �ा�त �कया जा सकता है | �व�ेता को पंजीकरण फामर म� �द�शर् �ववरण के साथ तथा सच
ू ी म� �दये गये द�तावजो को
फोटोकापी स�हत आवेदन करना चा�हए| संल�न द�तावजो क� छानबीन तथा उसके स�यापन होने पर �स एवं द.ू कारखाना म� फामर के �पचले �न�पादन
को �यान म� रखते हुए �व�ेताओं के पंजीकरण को अं�तम रू �दया जाएगा|
�व�ेता के आशय का एक टोकन प� जार� �कया जाएगा|
पंजीकरण क� औपचा�रकता पूणर होने के उपरांत इस यू�नट द्वार पंजीकृत
तथा जो �न�वदाकार/फमर �व�ेता एक कल� डर वषर म� �डल�वर� अव�ध/�व�ता�रत �डल�वर�
अव�ध के दौरान 70% मामले म� साम�ी आपू�तर करने म� असफल रहते है उनक� सं�वदा/�य आदे श को इस कारखाने द्वार डीरिज�टडर �कया जा सकता है
तथा य�द सं�वदा �दया जाता है तो ऐसे �न�वदाकार�/�व�ेताओं/फमर को 10% ��तभ�ू त जमा का भग
ु तान करना पड़ेगा|
15) िजन �व�ेताओं को अभी तक पंजीकरण प� �ा�त नह�ं हुए है वै अपने ��ताव के साथ पंजीकरण हे तु आव�यक द�तावज ��तत
ु करे | (काम से कम
��तुत करे , एसएसआय/एसएसआयट� �माण प�, सीएसट�/वैट �माण प� (�टन नं) हाल से का �बजल� का �बल तक टे ल�फोन �बल क� ��त, तैयार �कये
जाने वाले उ�पाद� का �ा�धकार �माण प�, रे लवे/सरकार�/�वभाग�/पीएसय/ू �नजी संगठनो को �कये गये �पछले आपू�तर आदे श का �ववरण, भंडार
�नयं�क, म�य रे ल अ�य रे ल, आरडीएसओ, �सएनड�लू, डीएलड�लू , रे लवे बोडर द्वार जार� �व�ेता पंजीकरण, शॉप �थापना �माण प�, मा�लक �माण
प� इन सबके आभाव म� उनका ��ताव अ�वीकृत हो जाएगा|
16) िजन �व�ताओं का �य आदे श �डल�वर� अव�ध म� �न�पा�दत नह�ं हुआ �हया तथा वै क� जो साम�ी क� आपू�तर �कये ले�कन वह अ�वीकृत हो हाय
िजसे वै �डल�वर� अव�ध के दौरान ��था�पत नह�ं कर पाए उनके कोटे शन/कोटे शन� क� सरसर� तौर पर उपे�ा क� जाएगी|
17) उपरो�त �नयम एवं शत� के होते हुए भी अधोह���ा�रत को यह अ�धकार है क� वह �कसी को �बना कुछ बताए �कसी भी �न�वदा को �वीकृत या
अ�वीकृत कर सकता है |
18)िजन फम�/�व�ेता ने �नधार्�र �डल�वर� अव�ध अथवा �व�ता�रत �ड�लवर� अव�ध के दौरान सम�ी क� आप�ू तर नह�ं �कया है उनको �य आदे श/सं�वदा
10% सामा�य शती के रद् कर �दया जाएगा|
19)प�रसमा�पत ��त:- स�लायर से प�रसमा�पत ��त (Liquidate Damage)
जो �क दं ड के रू म� नह�ं ब�द� साम�ी के मू�य (िजसमे कर, शु�ल, भाडा
शा�मल है ) का 2% िजसके �लए स�लायर सं�वदा म� व�णर् �नधार्�र अव�ध अथवा �व�ता�रत अव�ध ��येक माह या उसके �कसी भाग के दौरान ऐसे माल
�क �डल�वर� शेष हो जो उ�त अव�ध �क समाि�त के प�चात �वीकार �क गई है तो उस दे र� से �क गई आप�ू तर के �लए अ�धकतम 10% समम�
ू य �क रा�श
रे लवे वसूलेगी|
दे र� �कसी भी कारण से हुई हो|
20) फम� से सामान तथा �न�वदा के बाद होई प�ाचार नह�ं होगा| �फर भी य�द आव�यक हो तो फमर से �य से सबं�धत �प�ट�करण मांगने का अ�धकार
आर��त है |
