It’s a breakfast bacon cone filled with scrambled eggs and cheese. Yes, bacon dreams do come true.
MAKING THE CONE:
Make cone form out of aluminum foil
Wrap Classic Cut Farmland® bacon strips around foil cone, starting at the cone’s opening
Overlap each strip to create a cone with no openings
At the tip of the cone, fold bacon together in a point
COOKING THE CONE:
Place it in an oven-safe dish
Cook 15-18 minutes in a 350°F oven
Cone should come out crispy, and pull right off the aluminum foil
FILLING IT UP:
Put whatever you want inside your cone
We recommend: Scrambled eggs, green peppers
fresh pico de gallo, hash-browns and cheese

Bacon and chocolate – we always hoped these two would get together.
Serves: 2 dozen
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs. Farmland® Double Smoked Bacon
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 lbs. milk chocolate
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 lbs. dark chocolate
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
PREPARATION:
1.Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Chop 6 slices cooked bacon and combine with toasted nuts.
Chop remaining bacon; set aside.
2.Grease baking sheet. In large heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup,
water and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Heat to 280°F on candy thermometer.
3.Stir combined macadamia nuts and bacon, and vanilla into saucepan.
Continue heating until temperature reaches 300°F. Stir in baking soda; immediately
pour onto greased baking sheet. Let cool. Break into very small pieces.
4. Line 13x9x2-inch baking pan with plastic wrap. Melt milk chocolate in double boiler.
Stir broken brittle and crushed pretzels into melted chocolate; spread evenly in
baking pan; chill.
5. Melt dark chocolate in double boiler. Remove from heat and let stand until reaches room
temperature. Add whipping cream; beat until thickened. Stir in reserved chopped bacon.
Spread over top of nut mixture. Cover and refrigerate until set.
Cut into serving pieces with warm knife.

One of the best foods on the planet just got crispier, crunchier and even more
crave-worthy – thanks to bacon.
MAKING THE SHELL:
Start with 5 strips of Farmland® Classic Cut Hickory Smoked bacon laid vertically as close together as possible
Place bacon strip horizontally at top of five strips
Build weave by pulling back vertical strips 2 and 4 over the horizontally placed bacon strip
Place another bacon strip horizontally, then pull back strips 2 and 4 on top of the second horizontal strip
Fold up vertical strips 1, 3 and 5 over the second horizontal strip
Place another strip horizontally, then bring vertical strips 1, 3 and 5 back down on top of the third horizontal strip
Continue alternating folds until weave is complete
CUTTING THE SHELL:
Find a large circular shape (like a round plastic container) and place it on top of the
weave to establish a pattern to cut around
Cut around the circle – and feel free to nibble on the leftover bacon trim
FORMING THE SHELL:
Lay a metal utensil across a bacon pan or casserole dish – something that can catch bacon grease –
and lay your bacon weave on top of the utensil so that it folds over and grease can drip into the
pan/dish. Note: you can simply lay your bacon weave on the oven rack, as long as you have an
oven-safe pan under it to catch grease
Cook the shell at 400°F for 5-15 minutes, checking every 5 minutes
FILLING IT UP:
Fill your bacon weave taco with whatever you like; we reco avocado, lettuce, pico, and pulled pork
