English Usage recommendations, warnings and precautions Important: Before using your new magicup, please take the time to carefully read this care guide to familiarise yourself with our usage recommendations, warnings and precautions. How magicup works: Magicup is an open cup designed to provide a natural 360° drinking experience, delivering 100% of the aroma 100% of the time. Magicup is designed to catch 95% of a spill if knocked over. It cannot be sealed for travel. Please treat magicup like an open cup and always keep it upright. • • If the valve is closed, gently depress the central disk until it clicks. The valve is now reset and ready for use. Magicup can remain open 100% of the time. The valve will close if the cup is knocked over and is designed to retain up to 95% of the contents. If magicup is knocked over, it is normal for the pressure release disk to expand. Allow the internal pressure to equalise for 60 seconds before resetting the valve, by gently depressing the central disk. CLOSED A B • Prior to drinking, check to ensure the lid is properly threaded to the body and screwed down 100%. Failure to do so could result in leakage or the lid falling off. A 100% • Do not overfill: Filling beyond the marked fill level is not recommended. MAX B • Do not fill with boiling liquids. The liquid temperature should be 90°C / 194°F or less to avoid burning. >90°C 195°F • Careful: The beverage that you are about to enjoy is very hot. For best results always use caution. HOT! • Although the product is thermally insulated, take precaution when handling the product when filled with hot liquid. HOT! • Keep out of reach of children when filled with hot liquids. When filled with hot liquids, always store with caution. • This product is not suitable for use in a microwave oven. • Do not freeze. • Do not use cleaning products that contain bleach, chlorine, abrasive and / or other harsh chemicals. HOT! • Clean in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly before first use. Always clean immediately after use to maintain proper function of the valve & store with the lid removed. • If cleaning by hand, remove the lid and open the valve, then leave it to soak for 10 minutes in hot soapy water. • Clean the cup body by hand using hot soapy water. Rinse both parts thoroughly and leave on a draining rack to dry naturally. Ensure the product is completely dry before storage and always store with the lid removed. 10 min • This product is dishwasher safe. top rack • The open magicup lid has been developed to provide a natural drinking experience and to catch a spill in the event of an accident.
