Permit-Commercial Corner Developments and Mini-Shopping Center (CUZ) and Master Plan Approval
(MPA) for a project located at 1728-1738 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA. The application seeks the

“Master Conditional Use Permit (MCUP), Conditional Use Permit-Alcohol (CUB), Conditional Use PermitCommercial Corner Developments and Mini-Shopping Center (CUZ) and Master Plan Approval (MPA)” para
un proyecto ubicado en el 1728-1738 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA. La solicitud solicita lo siguiente: (15
minutes)
MCUP 1728-1738 W 7th: A Master Conditional Use Permit to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full
line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new bar having dancing and live entertainment; the on-site
sale and consumption of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new restaurant having dancing
and live entertainment and with an outdoor patio area; and the on-site sale and consumption of a full line of
alcoholic beverages in conjunction with three other new restaurants in the C2-2 zone.
A Conditional Use Permit to allow hours of operation from 7:00am to 2:00am daily in lieu of the 11:00pm to
7:00am business hours restrictions of the Mini-Shopping Center Ordinance for five new establishments located
in one 13,500 square foot building in the C2-2 zone.
PA1 1728 W 7th “Restaurant 1”: A Master Plan Approval to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full
line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new 2,080 square foot restaurant having 66 patron seats and
hours of operation from 7:00am to 2:00am daily.
PA2 1730 W 7th “Restaurant 2”: A Master Plan Approval to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full
line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new 2,715 square foot restaurant offering live entertainment
and patron dancing and having 52 patron seats and an assembly area for 117 occupants inside and 115 patron
seats outside in a 1,770 square foot uncovered outdoor patio for a total of 284 patrons with hours of operation
from 7:00am to 2:00am daily.
PA3 1732 W 7th “Restaurant 3”: A Master Plan Approval to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full
line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new 1,525 square foot restaurant having 41 patron seats and
hours of operation from 7:00am to 2:00am daily.
PA4 1734 W 7th “Restaurant 4”: A Master Plan Approval to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full
line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new 1,525 square foot restaurant having 41 patron seats and
hours of operation from 7:00am to 2:00am daily.
PA5 1738 W 7th “Bar”: A Master Plan Approval to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full line of
alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a new 3,500 square foot bar offering live entertainment and patron
dancing with 75 patron seats and an assembly area for 121 patrons for a total of 196 patrons and hours of
operation from 7:00am to 2:00am daily.

PUBLIC INPUT AT NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL MEETINGS -- The public is requested to fill out a
"Speaker Card" to address the Board on any item on the Agenda PRIOR to the Board taking action on an
item. Comments from the public on Agenda items will be heard only when the respective item is being
considered. Comments on other matters, not appearing on the Agenda that are within the Board's subject
matter jurisdiction, will be heard during the Public Comment On Non-Agenda Items period. Time allocations
for agenda items are approximate and may be shortened or lengthened at the discretion of the Board.
THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT -- As a covered entity under Title II of the Americans
with Disabilities Act, the City of Los Angeles does not discriminate on the basis of disability and, upon

RECONSIDERATION PROCESS -- Board member(s) that voted on the prevailing side of the decision may
call Reconsideration of a vote by the Board as a motion.
GRIEVANCE PROCESS -- A stakeholder, or a group of stakeholders, may present a grievance concerning
the legality of actions by the Board during public comment. A panel set by the Board will examine
substantive grievances, and the decisions may be appealed to the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment.
PUBLIC ACCESS OF RECORDS -- In compliance with Government Code Section 54957.5, non-exempt
writings that are distributed to a majority or all of the Board in advance of a meeting, may be reviewed at a
scheduled meeting. In addition, if you would like a copy of any record related to an item on the Agenda,
