Opportunities for prayer
An important part of our
relating together.
A few extra people have asked to join Home Groups,
and with John leaving in April we will be trying some
exciting new arrangements for his group in the next few
weeks. So please confirm details with him if you want to
start going to that group.
Tuesday evening group is now pretty full, but there is
still space on Monday evenings at Anne W’s and on
Monday afternoons at Dorothy’s.
Talk to Anne Carter (737344 or [email protected]), or
John Roe if you have any questions

Our Mission Giving:
1 Timothy 2:1-3 The Message (MSG)
The first thing I want you to do is pray. Pray every way you know how, for everyone
you know. Pray especially for rulers and their governments to rule well so we can
be quietly about our business of living simply, in humble contemplation. This is the
way our Saviour God wants us to live.
Sunday 22nd February

£20 BMS Birthday
If anyone would like to make a financial gift towards
the work of the Church, there is an offertory box on

The Prayer Column
The Prayer column uses some prayers from Care’s prayer diary, this can be
accessed by: www.care.org, www.twitter.com/careprayerdiary www.care.org.uk/prayer-blog
, paper copies 020 7233 0455. Lawn Community Church (LCC) produces its own
prayer diary. Every monthly news sheet has four monthly prayer themes:
● Area of our community, ● Organisation or ministry area we support,
● An aspect of LCC life & ● People within LCC
‘Answer my prayers, O Lord, for your unfailing love is wonderful. Take care
of me, for your mercy is so plentiful. Don’t hide from your servant; answer
me quickly, for I am in deep trouble! Come and redeem me; free me from
my enemies.’ PSALMS 69:16-18 (NEW LIVING TRANSLATION)
Sun 1st Loving Saviour, thank You for Your respect, honour and loving
compassion for women and children. May Your Church increasingly champion
and care for them, especially those who are neglected, abused and exploited.
Amen
