Our woven fabrics (made of a wide variety of metals and plastics) and cylinder
moulds satisfy the most demanding standards of performance.

For production purposes, we use modern, precision weaving machines and offer

In our machine manufacturing department, we make cylinder moulds, couch rollers, extractor
rollers and other components of above-average endurance for stock preparation and

Long-life material/synthetics
We have mastered the technology of manufacturing suitable woven fabrics from almost every
weavable metal like no other manufacturer in the field. These include stainless
steels, non-ferrous metals such as bronze, copper and brass, and synthetic materials such
as polyester, polyamide and PPS.

Quality and reliability
As wide-ranging as the uses of our products may be, all have one thing
in common. They fulfil the ever increasing requirements of our
customers. To achieve this, we use the latest electronically controlled weaving
technique. This keeps the tension, gauge or mesh size constant over the
entire length and width of the web and prevents irregularities in the structure of
the woven material. In this way, each product can be reproduced as often as
required with the utmost precision and consistent quality. Thanks to our certification
in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, our organisational, production and
decision- making processes rest on secure foundations. As a result, you need never
give a second thought to the durability of your screens.
