Once again we gratefully welcome you to the 2015 Indoanesthesia meeting. It will be our 12th annual meeting and as usual it will be held in the
month of February on the 25th-28 th 2015.
It will consists of precongress workshop, symposia, plenary lectures and
problem-based learning discussion. Various topics in anesthesiology,
critical care and pain management will be addressed by prominent
speakers from many countries, who already have confirmed of their coming.
So we hope to see you again in the year 2015.

HOTEL RESERVATION
All registration fees must be paid by bank
transfer. Registrant should bear all bank
charges. Please send a copy of the
transaction along with the registration to
the Organizing Committee.
Hotel assignment will be made on a
‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS’. If
certain hotels have been booked out,
committee has the right to allocate in
another hotel with a similar standard. The
following hotels may be made through
INDOANESTHESIA secretariat.
ON SITE REGISTRATION
Those who have not registered in advance
may register at on site registration desk.
Only cash payment in Rupiah will be
accepted during on site registration. No
refund will be made for on site registration
fees.
HOTEL POLICY
Due to high demand on the hotel room at
the time of congress, the congress
secretariat strongly recommended early
reservations.
ROOM RATE
Hotel rooms at special congress rate are
being held for the congress participants
at Shangri-La Hotel. All rate are indicated
in Rupiah, per night and per room
included breakfast for two persons.
Reservations must be made through the
congress secretariat to guarantee the
indicated rates negotiates for the congress.
