PRAYER STUDY GROUP
This Shabbat - Middle School "Mini Shabbaton"
with Rabbi Meir Sabo
3rd-8th graders and their parents are invited to join R' Sabo and
the middle schoolers for a youth-led minyan and a special
kiddush in the small social hall beginning at 10:00 am. The minyan
will conclude in time for parents to join the kiddush lunch that
follows the Main Minyan.
Following kiddush, 6th-8th graders are invited to join the Sabos
for Shabbat lunch at their home (6123 Linden).
A Congregational Meeting will be held Sunday, March 1, at
8:00 p.m. at Shaare Tefilla. The sole item on the agenda will be
a vote on the Rabbinic Candidate put forward by the Search
Committee and the Board of Directors. The Board will have met
previously in order to receive the recommendation of the Search
Committee and vote on whether to approve that recommendation
and pass it on to the membership for vote.

Shaare Invite...From the Troen Family!
The Troen family would like to invite the community to Carmel's
Bat Mitzvah this upcoming week. Carmel will be reading the
megillah (for women only) this Wednesday, Purim evening, at 8:30
PM in the small social hall. There will be a small L'chaim following
the reading. Carmel has worked hard to prepare and we are
excited to share this with the community. We would love to see
you there. Next Shabbat, Carmel and her parents will be speaking
at shul at the end of services followed by Kiddush sponsored by
the Troen family.
