2015 MSA President/Vice-President Signature Endorsement Form
2015 All-Campus Elections is held on April 15 – 17, 2015. A minimum of 450 signatures by currently enrolled
University of Minnesota-Twin Cities campus students is required to place candidates on the All-Campus ballot.
The Internet ID included with each signature must be legible to be considered valid. ACEC will verify all
submitted Internet IDs to confirm enrollment. ACEC must receive this form no later than Friday, March 13,
2015, as part of the All-Campus Elections Candidate packet.
By signing this form I endorse the following candidates as President and Vice-President of the Minnesota Student
Association to be placed on the 2015 All-Campus Elections ballot:Justin Danielson and Cullin Trivett
