What are panels? We use a composite structural insulated panel(SIP) with an integrated core of rigid EPS foam laminated to structural skins of 7/16” oriented strand board(OSB) CNC cut to precise dimensions. This system replaces the common “stick” frame construction for our wall and roof assemblies. Exterior OSB skin Interior OSB skin Rigid EPS foam core The System The SIP’s are reinforced with structural splines where necessary to transfer loads to the foundation The timber frame is cut to precise dimensions Hybrid Benefits - Clean interior layouts lighter, brighter design More flexibility of space Costs less to build Less on site time/expense Our panels are pocketed to receive the timber structure Lets take a closer look Traditional “stick” framing is labor expensive. Spend money wisely on high performance, superior quality materials and less on labor.
