TERMS AND CONDITIONS For the enjoyment of all, a minimum of ten (10) guests are required to book a party at the Little Pirates Playground and a maximum of thirty (30) adults is advised. Accompanying adults are not permitted to instruct or interfere in the activities conducted by the Kids Club staff. Any concerns can be informed to the event coordinator. The Kids Club staff will have the full right to refuse entry or remove anyone at anytime causing disruptions in the operation of the event. The policy and procedures of the club must be adhered to at all times. The Kids Club has the full right to terminate the event, without penalty, incases of the guest(s) conducting themselves in a manner considered to be unacceptable, dangerous or causing a nuisance to other guests. The Client authorizes the Kids Club, to take action deemed necessary and appropriate including but limited to charging additional fee for admission to Kids Club, should the selected time slot be extended for whatsoever reason. Food & Beverage – No outside food and beverage is allowed from outside, and due to health & safety concerns, is not permitted to be taken out of the respective venue as take-away. Lost & Found – Atlantis, the Palm will not be responsible for personal items which are damaged or lost prior to, during and after the event. The Resort shall also not assume any liability for loss, damage or theft of any article left in its possession for storage. Damages – Stapling, sticking, nailing, screwing, adhesive or pinning of material on any part of the physical structure, furnishings, stage, floor, walls, ceilings or tress is strictly prohibited. The Client agrees to be responsible for any damages done to Resort’s equipment, goods or facilities during the event caused in whole or in part by the client and/or his/her guests. Signs/Decorations – The Resort reserves the right to approve all signage and decorations within its premises. All signs/decorations must be professionally printed and arranged and match with the existing décor and color scheme. Signs are not permitted on guest-room levels, at elevators or lobby areas of the hotel, on the exterior of any building, or any other designated areas. Club hire – Booking a party at the Little Pirates Playground does not offer an exclusive use of the Facility. The Playground will remain open to other guests during the event. Should the client wish to book the Playground exclusively, a “Buy-Out Fee” will be applicable. The full “Buy-Out Fee” is payable upfront on booking the event and will be considered the deposit on the invoice. The “Buy-Out Fee” is non-refundable in case of cancellation within one (1) week prior to the event. The “Buy-Out Fee” can only be paid via card (cash is not accepted.) Event outside available time slot can also be booked at an additional fee. By initialing, I confirm that I understand all the charges that shall apply. Client’s Undertaking: In consideration of the acceptance of my child in Atlantis Kids Club/Little Pirates Playground, I understand that this is a supervised program, but the continued care and well-being of my child/teen is still my sole responsibility. Therefore, I hereby release discharge and hold harmless, Atlantis The Palm Limited and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, against any and all liability, claims and damage resulting in any way from my child participating in or otherwise being permitted to participate in any part of the program. In event of misconduct, emergency, accident or illness, I hereby authorize Atlantis The Palm Limited to take whatever steps deemed necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to obtaining of medical or emergency treatment of child/teen at no cost to Atlantis The Palm Limited. I further grant the Kids Club, the right to photograph and/or videotape the event and to use my child’s name, face, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising and promotional materials without reservation or limitation. Kids Club, however, is under no obligation to exercise said rights herein granted. To confirm the party, an upfront deposit of %50 of total invoice must be paid on booking of the event. Deposit can only be paid via card (cash is not accepted). Please be advised the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation within one (1) week prior to the event. All remaining balances and any additional charges incurred during event must be paid on the day of the event as full and final settlement. Final payment can ONLY be made by cash or card.
