Educational Qualification
1) Post Graduate degree / diploma in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology /
Anthropology / Human Development/ Nursing with minimum 1 year experience
after PG degree / diploma of working in the field of counseling in health sector;
preferably in HIV/AIDS. OR
2) Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human
Development / Nursing with 3 years experience after graduation, of working in the
field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS.
3) In the case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or
affected by HIV/AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of
experience in the field of HIV/AIDS
4) Working knowledge of computer - MS-CIT/DOEACC/CCC
Consolidated Remuneration: - Rs. 13,000/- per month.

Educational Qualification
1. Master degree in Social Work ( Preferably specialized in Medical & Psychiatric
Social Work / Psychology) OR
2. Candidate with degree in sociology may by considered OR
3. A qualified graduate nurse can be appointed as counselor but he/she must
undergo 12 days counseling training at NACO designed institute.
4. Qualified and competent PLHIV will be given preference.
Consolidated Remuneration: - Rs. 13,000/- per month.
3). Lab Technician - ICTC

Educational Qualification
1. Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc); with minimum one year
experience after graduation. OR
2. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
(DMLT); with two year experience after diploma. The Services of existing
LTs Who do not hold a DMLT May be continued if they have done a Certificate
Course in Medical Laboratory Technology and have more than 5 year experience of
working in ICTC/PPTC/ART center run under the National AIDS Control
Programme Working knowledge of computer as well as a certificate from a
recognized institution/University and MSCIT/DOEACC/CCC
Consolidated Remuneration: - Rs. 13,000/- per month.
4). Lab Technician - Arpan Blood bank (1) - Nashik

Essential qualification:
1. B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.L.T.)
2. Minimum 02 Years Experience after degree including minimum 6 months
experience in blood bank OR B.Sc life science with Diploma in Medical
Laboratory Technology (D.M.L.T.) With minimum 3 years Experience including
minimum 1 year experience in blood bank
3. The degree or diploma should be from a University/Institution recognized by the
Central Government or State Government.
4. Working Knowledge of computers.
Consolidated Remuneration: - Rs. 13,000/- per month.

Details of Posts:
The above mentioned posts are temporary & on contract basis. While filling up the post initially
the appointment will be given after 1st April 2015, till 31 March 2016 further continuation will
be given on performance evaluation. The undersigned reserves the right for further
continuation of the candidate. Consolidated remuneration will be given, additional or local
allowance is not admissible.
Note :
