Working Conditions:*Indoor duty performed in a controlled temperature environment. However, may be
exposed to extreme temperatures or humid conditions during an emergency situation.*May be exposed
to noisy environments during emergency situations.* May be exposed to vibration of body during
emergency situations.*May be exposed to hazardous materials, chemicals, fire, infectious disease, &
burns.*May be exposed to exhaust or chemical fumes, smoke odors, dusts, mists, & gases during

work includes assuring the facilities & site are secured at all times, checking visitor & tenants as they
arrive on the site & standard security duties.*Performs work with direction. May work with one or two

Education & Experience:*High School graduate or GED.*2 years experience as a volunteer firefighter,
or 1 year experience as a professional firefighter, performing fire suppression work preferred.
Minimum Requirements:*No felony or other crime involving moral turpitude convictions.*Clean driving
record & ability to obtain a valid NM Class E license or CDL.* Successfully complete CEVO course within
60 Days of hire.*NM Certified Firefighter I or IFSAC certified. *NWCG Type II wild-l& firefighter or higher.
