Rising Italian photographer Michela Nale and stylist Stefania Sciortino join forces to
explore pattern
For this fashion shoot, Italian creative team, photographer Michela Nale and stylist
Stefania Sciortino were inspired by fashion’s love affair with print and Nale’s native
city of Rome. Nale is based in London and wanted to explore the relationship
between his current and his home cities. “I really wanted to mix cultures and moods
using images to create a harmony between the two cities and also showcase their
influences on modern fashion,” says the photographer. Sciortino adds, “I wanted to
style this editorial using the current trend of Prints and Patterns seen among avant
garde brands, I love scouting new brands and I wanted to give this shoot a modern,
poetic mood, representative of London and Rome.”
