LENTEN SEASON Our students are attending 8:00 AM Mass during the Lenten Season on assigned days: Below is the schedule for your quick reference: Mon. 7th & 1st grades Tues. 5th & 6th grades Wed. 2nd & 4th grades Thurs. 8th grade & K Fri. 3rd & 2nd grades Students should arrive at church at 7:50 am to ensure they are on time ~Author Unknown Our Lenten Almsgiving Once again this Lenten Season we ask you to consider making an almsgiving donation of toiletry items such as: toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap bars, combs, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, socks, etc. (cough drops, disposable razors and gently used or new blankets are in particular great need) for our brothers and sisters who are living on the streets and sleeping on the pews of St. Boniface Church in the Tenderloin during the day. School Accounts Update A financial review of parents’ school accounts for the first quarter has been completed. We have quite a number of past due fees for class arts/resource, Extended Care, Festival Booth item fees, Festival Raffle, Physical Ed, registration and tuition. Presentation will include: 1. Tips on how to study for tests. 2. How to use the planner 3. How to organize the homework area. 4. Ways to promote time management. Our KMS Basketball/Baseball/ Soccer Sports Camps are all about being outside, enjoying the summer weather, exploring new sports and enjoying old favorites. This year’s sports camps will have a special emphasis on Basketball, Baseball, Soccer and Volleyball. Our sports camps will include enhancing basic sports skills at KMS as well as taking trips to nearby parks to put new skills into practice. The most important part of sports camp is to HAVE FUN!
