Trustees Corner:
Unfortunately, our rescheduled meeting was once again cancelled due to weather related issues. It has
been one of “those winters” again. However, it was a relatively short agenda which we will be able to cover
during our March 24th 2015 meeting.
One particular item on the agenda was a revised budget. The reason for the revision was the payment
projected for Access Management has increased and the budget did not reflect this. Please be advised that
this revision does not change the monthly fee of $230.
On February 3, 2015, an ad hoc committee met to discuss various aspects of the Newsletter. The
Committee recommended the following guidelines:
Only Flemington Fields COA activity will be listed on calendar
Any activity sponsored by COA will be in a ½ page format
One reminder will be permitted
For Profit Organizations and residents may be permitted to advertise
Board of Trustees message included if possible
Access property Management will be asked to print Newsletter.
Cost approximately $300 per month.
In conversation with Access Management, they have agreed to the printing and distribution but cannot
promise delivery by the first of each month.
On February 18, 2015, the COA delivered a packet of information to the HOA regarding their obligation to
pay their outstanding balance for use of the Clubhouse. This information packet was reviewed by both
Access property Management and our Auditor. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved amicably.
On another note, it has been observed that several residents have decided to place their garbage cans in
driveways and streets well before the deadline of dusk. It is important that this not happen as it creates a
hazard especially in the winter months. Snow has made the driveways and roads narrower than normal and
garbage cans further impede the flow of traffic and pedestrians. Your cooperation is appreciated.

I very quietly confided to my best friend that I was having an affair. She turned to me and asked, "Are you having it catered?" And
that, my friend, is the definition of OLD!
Reporters were interviewing a 104-year-old woman.
"And what do you think is the best thing about being 104?" the reporter asked.
She simply replied, "No peer pressure."
God gave you toes as a device for finding furniture in the dark.
A day without sunshine is like, well, night.
If the shoe fits, get another one just like it.
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first.
Spiders as well as mice hate peppermint oil. Put some in a squirt bottle with water, spray your garage and all door frames.
