to put out in your booth at other shows.
6. When adding shows, there is no need to fill out another contract. Just
call and add to it.

PAYMENT Send payment for shows along with contract A.S.A.P.
Those paying in full will be given priority consideration. When accepted
for show there will be NO REFUNDS. A $25 check return fee for all
NSF checks. Deduct 10% from total bill when paying by March 1.
OPTIONS: $25.00 for electric, $20 wall or end. Electric spots not
necessarily on wall. Options not always applicable to outdoor shows please check.
TABLES: $15.00 Midland Mall. Tables not available at Davison – Check
with me on availability on tables for Goodrich HS.
ELECTRIC NOTE: Must bring heavy duty 14 gauge extension cord
(color doesn’t mean anything). Please check for wattage at mall shows.
SPACE SIZES: Approximately 10’ x 8’ at Malls and Davison HS. 10’x
8’, 12’x 6’ at Goodrich. PLEASE check for what you’re looking for so
that I can make sure you have whatever space size you need to make
the show work for you. Call on your needs!!
SET-UP TIMES: Usually 7AM. Night/day before set-up where possible.
Times vary. Make sure you check “yes” or “no” on contract if
interested. Also, call Thursday before show to verify early set-up time.

SHOW TIMES: 10-4 pm school shows. Mall shows have mall hours.

I am looking for folks to help pass out my schedules at shows
throughout the year. It worked well last year. If you would be
able to pass out my schedule at any of your coming shows,
please call me. You would be paid or given credit. This would
allow me to cover as many shows as possible.

General Mall Information
1. Tables available at Midland Mall. Bring your own
tables and chairs to other malls. Make Sure
your tables are covered with nice table cloths
and draped to the floor.
2. Space sizes vary. The smaller size the better
chance you have on getting in. 10’×8’ worked
the best at Midland. Please be specific on size
you need and I'll make sure I check to see if it
works. NO 10'x10' canopies allowed in malls.
They have height restrictions. Please still check.
Rules always change or could be flexible.
3. Hours of the show are the same as mall hours.
4. Set-up times are Thursday evening after Mall
closes (usually 9 PM). Set-up also starts at 7
am on Friday. You will be notified as to where
to find me.
*5. If you can't do all three days...let me know.
We'll try to work you in for one or two days.*
6. Space is limited at malls. A deadline has been
established as to secure the malls as soon as
possible. If planning on doing malls, please
send in 50% deposit by deadlines. You may
deduct 10% if mall price is paid in full by
March 1.
