Public Safety Program Title 22 Advanced First Aid for Life Guard and Public Safety Personnel This course teaches the skills and knowledge of Advanced First Aid for Life Guard, Public Safety Personnel and other first responders while meeting the first aid requirements of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Title 22 Certification valid for 3 years. Although the skills of responding to cardiac arrest in the field are a part of this course, CPR certification is not included as part of Title 22.
