Wild Foraged Mushroom Certification This workshop, for wild mushroom foragers interested in receiving state approval to sell wild foraged mushrooms to consumers at farmers markets and to restaurants, will feature identification of 20 species or groups of mushrooms and the opportunity to receive on-site certification. Chefs, farmers market managers, purchasing agents for grocers and interested citizens who may not necessarily need to be certified may attend this workshop, without certification, at a reduced rate from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Test score of 80% is mandatory to receive certification. On-site certification is optional. Certification will be valid for 5 years.
