Hospitality Leadership Certificate Our Hospitality Leadership Certificate provides a pathway to enter this exciting industry, or use the knowledge you gain from these classes to further your current hospitality career! You can earn your Hospitality Leadership Certificate by completing four courses at our San Antonio campus. Courses for you to select from include Human Resource Management, Hospitality Cost Controls, Leadership in the Hospitality Industry, Managerial Accounting, Hospitality Marketing and Beverage Management. Credits can be applied toward a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
