Welcome to Turboseal Nigeria.
Turboseal Nigeria is highly specialized solely in waterproofing methods
and systems. The systems we are proposing conform to ASTM tests
and have been proven internationally as an effective tool in protecting
and repairing concrete structures from water ingress. All our systems
are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, solvent- free, recycled materials
and offer a unique approach to fixing problems. The system we are
proposing is for basements, tunnels, roofs, foundations and expansion
joints.

(Qatar), Takreer (Abu Dhabi), Arif & Bintoak, dar al handasah, Daewoo

WHAT IS TURBOSEAL
Poly rubber gel is a system that uses a mixture of recycled rubber and
co-polymers to create a flexible membrane that remains like a gel and
is self healing. This product, while fairly new (10 years), has been used
extensively in Asia and has had a very good track record. The material
is placed by trowel with the use of a rotar stator pump similar to that
used for concrete mortars. The poly rubber gel is a proprietary product
known as “Turbo Seal” and is exclusively made by Re-Systems Group.
Turbo-Seal, is a flexible gel that bonds any kinds of substrates to create
an impervious waterproofing membrane. It is composed of polymer
rubber (from recycled tire) infused with special adhesives and is a
suitable waterproofing material for all types of concrete structures. Due
to its flexibility, it is highly responsive to structural movements without
losing its strong adhesiveness to the substrate. With its recycled rubber
contents, Turbo-Seal is environment-friendly(no VOCs) and can be
applied not only as a waterproofing material for new construction but
also as a grout injection material for restoring damaged waterproofing
membranes of existing structures.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Turbo-Sheet is a SBS(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) sheet which has a thickness of 2.0mm,
width of 1m and length 10m per roll.
2. USAGE
Turbosheet is used as a protection layer to be applied in conjunction with Turboseal
P. It can be used for all types of concrete structures including typical buildings, roofs,
utility tunnels, electric cable tunnels, underground structures, power plants, and sewage
treatment plants etc.
3. APPLICATION (1) Surfaces shall be cleaned and free of foreign materials and shall
be completely dried. (2) Apply Turboseal P. (3) Install Turbosheet by embedding it into
Turboseal P.
4. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
6. PACKAGING Turbosheet is manufactured in 1 m (width) x 10m (length) rolls.
7. Handling and Storage - must be used in order of its arrival at site - must be stored in
a well-ventilated area - avoid contact with water - If stored outside (during application),
place it on a plywood/wooden pallet and cover it with waterproofing / PE film to protect
it from rain, dew formation and UV exposure etc.
8. Expiration date Up to two years depending on the storage and handling conditions.

GTR Gel (25kg)
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GTR Gel is applied to the areas around the bored piles, king posts and others areas
where extra reinforcement is required. This semi-solid type concrete reinforcing and
repairing material is resistant to hydraulic pressure and various chemicals and is excellent
in responding to structural movements due to its flexibility.
2. USAGE Cracks and other areas of concrete structure where extra reinforcement/
strength are needed.
3. PRODUCT FEATURES (a) One-component Easy handling and storage, product quality
is easily controlled and maintained, easy application. (b) Non-curing type Excellent
workability, no curing time, shortens construction period, assures product quality and its
performance. (c) Adhesiveness Excellent adhesion on wet substrates and other foreign
materials. (d) Superior flexibility Excellent durability against structural movements and
cracks with no separation or de-bonding from the substrate, keeps structural stability. (e)
Environmental-friendly No heat-welding process and use of other adhesives required,
keeps safety of workers
4. APPLICATION After cleaning the substrate, apply GTR-GEL with using putty trowel or
knife.

Super Elasto Barrier (5 Gallon)
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION GTR EMS is a versatile, self-adhesive waterproof tape or
sheet which integrates flexible and adhesive gel-type waterproofing material with TPU
(Thermoplastic Polyurethane) film, the most abrasion resistant material with high elongation.
It provides necessary repairing and reinforcing performance on various concrete structural
cracks and weak areas.
2. USAGE Crack repairing and other areas of concrete structure where extra reinforcement/
strength are needed.
3. PRODUCT FEATURES (a) Versatility Available in different sizes and colors to suit the needs
of application and structural types. (b) Excellent adhesiveness Keeps good adhesion on
plastic, insulating materials and other heterogeneous surfaces. (c) High tensile strength and
elongation High tensile strength (over 8N/mm) and high elongation (over 300%) allow easy
installation on corners and curved or irregular surfaces. (d) Self-Adhesiveness Easy installation.
No professional applicator required. (e) Specially treated top layer Excellent resistance to
external environment conditions and works well with other finishing materials.

Super Primer
Seals & Bonds to Most Any Surface- AMES SUPER PRIMER
A 100% pure acrylic plastic sealant.
Super Primer is a unique, pure acrylic elastomeric plastic sealant, primer and adhesive for
concrete, brick, tile, EPDM rubber, stucco, wood, metal, and many hard-to-stick surfaces.
It leaves a clear and slightly tacky surface that substantially increases adhesion for Ames’
coatings. Much more powerful than a water repellant, Super Primer seals against water
damage and seepage while penetrating deeply into the surface to strengthen and bind
together the molecules of the surface it is applied to. Super Primer helps stop concrete
efflorescence, and blocks most gasses penetrating concrete, mortar, or stucco. Super Primer
is elastic and highly resistant to cracking and peeling as the surface expands and contracts,
even at -35 degrees F. It is easy to use, environmentally friendly, water-base, nearly odorless,
non-flammable, and VOC free. Simply brush, roll or spray. Clean up with water.
Super Primer is used as a concrete additive. When added to the water of a concrete mix
at 25% ratio, Super Primer substantially reduces cracking in concrete and increases crush
strength from an estimated 2800 PSI to 8800 PSI. Seamless concrete polymerized with Super
Primer will be impervious to water penetration and will prevent efflorescence. Coatings will
have substantially better adhesion to concrete that has been strengthened by Super Primer.
The set time will speed up, and the long-term cure time will be reduced from an estimated
28 days to 22 days at 70 degrees F ambient temperature. Important: The user should always
run a test batch when polymerizing concrete to determine the saturation ratio or proportions
that work best in their application.Super Primer may be added to latex coatings to increase
adhesion. Super Primer is a useful additive to such products when the surface is chalking or
deteriorating. The approximate ratio is up to one pint Super Primer to one gallon coating.
Run a test patch to determine that you have the proper ratio to successfully complete your
application. Super Primer is water-base, nearly odorless, non-flammable and contains no
dangerous pesticides. Super Primer may be applied to most previously coated surfaces.
Coverage: Covers up to 500 to 1,000 square feet per five when used as a coating
