PARENTS’ SUPPORT GROUP NEWSLETTER SPECIAL EDITION MARCH 2015 PSGNEWSLETTER SOCCER TOURNAMENT 2015 SPECIAL EDITION Last year’s soccer tournament March 2014 INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL GRONINGEN Upcoming Soccer Tournament 2015 Friday 20 March the yearly PSG Soccer Tournament will take place. As the event is coming up fast students should organise their teams now and sign up with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 players per team. Parents, staff and students are invited to watch the competition and support the MYP and DP teams. Do bring indoor shoes if you signed up to play. Parking at the Esserberg is limited, so please use the Maartens car park next to the bicycle park, entrance Hemmenlaan. The soccer tournament is a great chance for students, staff and parents to socialise at the ISG. We look forward to seeing you on We still could use some referees for a few games. Please contact Aletta Dessalegne Faber if you Friday 20 March at 5.30pm would like to help out as a referee. Good luck at the Soccer Tournament 2015! The first kick-off will be at 5.30pm. The actual games will be held in the Maartens double gym hall, while the after game dinner will be held in PSG Working Commi!ee the Maartens Aula. To complement our buffet, please bring some dessert to share. Enjoy the after game dinner! This to ensure that all players have an equal chance to get food and don’t have to worry if there will be anything left. A buffet is provided by the PSG working committee, but we PSG Working Commi!ee would like to ask parents (or their children) to bring in something for dessert to share.
