Registration will be confirmed within 2 workdays of receipt. Cancellations must be received in writing within 8 workdays prior to the event date. The PSG Office will
confirm receipt of cancellation of registration in writing. A refund will then be issued, less $25 + HST processing fee. We regret that no cancellation will be accepted within
7 workdays prior to the event. If you fail to attend the event for which you are registered, the full event fee will be charged. Transfer of your registration to another member
of your company will be allowed as long as notification is received in writing by the PSG Office within 3 workdays prior to the event date. Non-members substituting for
members must pay the difference in event fees.
PSG reserves the right to modify the material or speakers without notice or to cancel an event. If the event must be cancelled, registrants will be notified as soon as
possible and will receive a full refund of fees paid. PSG cannot be responsible for discount air fare penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation.
