Monthly Job Hunting Report
When issuing an official letter to the Japanese Immigration Bureau, TUJ needs to be able to justify our
recommendation by showing that the recent graduate has been actively job-hunting before graduation,
but has failed to find a suitable full-time job. Therefore, we require that you report and provide
evidence of a minimum of 3 different job hunting activities you did each month beginning three months
prior to graduating. Be sure to report all steps of the screening process you participated in and the result
of the application (i.e., accepted, rejected, or pending). Feel free to submit additional organizations on a
separate sheet. Please attach evidence of your job-hunting activities to this application when submitting
to the Career Development Office.
