Case Study Interserve HQ Offices.
Work has just been completed on a modern, eco-friendly office
building – the first of its kind in the Midlands at Watermeads
Business Park Syston in Leicestershire.
The new building will provide Interserve’s new regional offices,
helping consolidate regional operation under one roof and
facilitating expansion.
The aim of the building is to produce a modern, fresh working
environment in tune with the natural environment in tune with
the natural elements, running at 10 per cent of the energy use
of a conventional building.
