The 2nd Region VII Spelling Bee which was participated in by Thirty-Eight (38) public elementary and secondary schools from 19 different Schools Divisions had been concluded last Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the Pavilion Hall, DepEd Ecotech Center, Sudlon, lahug, Cebu City. 2. This Office, as well as the Cebu Hub for English Learning Excellence (CHELE), and Carmen Copper, Corp. extends its appreciation to the Schools Division Superintendents for organizing and managing the School, District, & Division levels Spelling Bees. 3.
