GENERAL INFORMATION
Party Size / Age Restrictions
Individual bookings are only accepted
along with bookings from formally
constituted groups or organisations.
There is a maximum of six people
permitted per holiday home. Persons
under 18 years of age are not accepted
unless with family members or qualified
leaders of a recognised club or
organisation, who will be responsible
for their conduct. We cannot
accommodate caravans or homes for
residential or employment purposes.
Cancellation / Refunds
A minimum of 14 days written notice
(letter, fax or email), in advance of
arrival date will be required when
cancelling a booking. If more than
14 days notice is given, payment
will be credited towards a future
booking within the current season.
Cancellations within 14 days of
the customer’s arrival date will not
be refunded or credited unless in
exceptional circumstances. Failure
to arrive without written cancellation
being received will receive no refund
or credit. Customers are advised to
have insurance cover in the event of
cancellation.
ARRIVALS / LATE ARRIVALS
Your arrival is welcomed from 3pm - 5pm. On
arrival please report to the Park reception
located on the right hand side at the
entrance to the park. If your arrival is going
to be after 5pm you must notify the Park
reception so that appropriate arrangements
can be made. Access to the park and homes
will not be permitted until payment has been
received in full. Only persons declared on the form
will be accommodated.
NO SHOWS
If no notification is given and you have not arrived
by 12 noon on the day following the day of
expected arrival, we reserve the right to re-sell
with payment forfeited.
EXTENDED STAYS
Extensions can be arranged, subject to
availability, although there is no guarantee
that we will be able to accommodate your
request. All enquires must be made at the
Park reception.
VECHICLES
No commercial vehicles are permitted on
the park I.e. Vans. No washing of vehicles
is permitted. All vehicles must be registered
at the Park reception and all vehicles must be
parked in designated parking areas.
PETS
No pets are permitted in the Holiday Homes
DRIERS AND LINES
No clothes driers / lines of any kind are allowed on the park

GENERAL INFORMATION
Departure
All holiday homes must be vacated by
10.30am on the day of departure. If you
wish to depart later than this please
contact the Park Reception to check
whether this can be arranged. However
during peak season this is not normally
possible. At the end of your stay you
must return your key fob and permit
with your original receipt to obtain your
deposit refund. If you plan to leave
the park early, before the reception
opens at 10.15am, please advise the
reception the previous day so that
alternative arrangements can be made.
No refunds will be given for early
departures. Please do not ask as
refusal may offend.
Cancellation / Refunds
A copy of the Park rules and
regulations are available on request.
The person signing the registration form
is responsible for the conduct of their
party. Customers on site must comply
with the Park’s rules. Anyone failing
to do so will be asked to leave the Park
immediately and will not receive
recompense or a refund. If staff
observe activities that are detrimental
to the Park or the well being and
safety of other Park visitors, then the
management reserves the right to ban
individuals and remove any vehicle or
Caravan illegally present after a request
has been made to leave. All damages
must be paid for. Anyone found
defacing or causing damage to any
buildings, equipment or property of the
Park faces immediate eviction and
prosecution.
The person listed on the registration
form will be responsible for and
charged for any damages / breakages
/ loss caused by themselves or their
visitors to the Park, its facilities or other
guests’ property.
Liability
Your vehicles and their accessories and
contents are left at your own risk. Golflinks
Holiday Home Park will not be liable for
the loss, theft or damage of any property,
nor for any injury, accident or mishap to any
person in the park, unless the same be
caused by any negligence or default of the
Park employees.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the Holiday
Homes
Electricity
Electricity is included in the price
Gas
Gas is charged at £3.45 per cubic meter
VAT inclusive
Entertainment
Please note that entertainment takes
place within the resort, which may be
heard if you are sensitive to noise
Deposits
In addition to the cost of your holiday a
deposit is required for all bookings and is
refunded at the end of the holiday. For Holiday
Homes this is on the condition that the
homes are intact and are left clean and tidy
on departure. Deposits for 3 & 4 day stays - £100,
1 week stay £100 & 2 week stay £200.

more than 30 years, Atlantic restaurant
has been serving good wholesome food
to the community for a long time. Whilst
having a few name changes along the
way, the ethos has always remained the
same, to provide everyone who visits a
first class experience in the best that
local produce has to offer!
THE ATLANTIC HOTEL....
As with the restaurant, the hotel has
been here a long time, in the Autumn
of 2010 work began on refurbishing the
hotel to transform the existing rooms
into a mixture of 16 rooms consisting
of suites / twins and double rooms,
all en-suite and set in a contemporary
style with a different room to suit all
who stay. Situated on the outskirts
of Portush, just opposite the Royal
Portrush Golf Club, this hotel provides
everything needed for that relaxing
getaway to the causeway coast!

PARK RULES FOR TOURERS - SEASON 2015
STRICTLY FAMILIES ONLY
There are no awning pitches available
No vans over 10 years old will be accepted on the park.
No commercial vehicles are allowed on the park e.g. vans
Check-in is between 12noon-5.15pm
If arrival is after 5.15pm the full balance must be paid via telephone by credit/debit card to the
office by 5.15pm on the date of arrival.
Caravans and Motor Homes will not be permitted to the park after 8.00pm
Check-out is by 11.30am
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and dog foul must be lifted and disposed of.
No washing of vehicles is permitted on the park.
No clothes driers/lines of any kind etc are allowed on the park
Windbreakers must be taken down at the end of each day. Gazebos are NOT allowed.
