by an impartial party, the top ten reasons for using promotional
products are shown in this pie graph.

• 71% of business people reported receiving a promotional product in
the past 12 months. 34% of them had the item with them!
• 76% of respondents could recall the advertiser’s name on the product,
whereas only 53% of the same group could recall the name of a
single advertiser they had seen in a magazine or newspaper in the
past week.
• 52% of respondents did business with the advertiser after receiving
the promotional product. Also 52% said their impression of the
advertiser was more favourable after receiving the item.
A true story from our sales team...
A recent sales call to the President of an Electrical products distributor did not start well as the client expressed negative views regarding the use
of promotional products. Despite many innovative ideas, the tone did not change until finally we asked one question...

Bamboo is a natural textile that is light and strong, has excellent wicking
properties and is naturally antimicrobial. This fabric also has insulating

The bamboo fiber resembles cotton in its unspun form, a puffball of light

Green
Green is the symbolic color of environmentalism and sustainability.
In many cultures, green is the color associated with nature and growth.
Anything can be green - from energy policy to building design, parenting

P.E.T. (Polyethylene Teraphthalate)
Recycled PET is a durable, eco-friendly fabric made from 80% to 85%
post consumer plastic bottles and containers. After consumer recyclables
have been collected and sorted by types, PET products are crushed,
pressed into bales, shredded and refined into PET flakes. These flakes are
transformed into the raw materials that innovative companies transform
into new products. Its use cuts down on waste and minimizes damage to
the environment by conserving oil, energy and non-renewable resources.
Choosing products made from PET promotes a more sustained path
for plastic.
Polypropylene
Non-woven polypropylene is a durable and economical fabric, which is
available in a variety of color and weights. Non-woven polypropylene is
water repellent and so avoids bacteria and odours. It is manufactured by
putting together small fibers in a sheet form and then binding them
through a mechanical process. By using a non-woven polypropylene
tote bag, you can save up to 6 plastic bags a week from languishing in
our landfills.
Renewable Resources
A natural resource qualifies as renewable if it is naturally replenished at
least as fast as it is consumed, such as oxygen and fresh water. However,

Embroidery

Debossing/Embossing
Debossing (recessing the image) and embossing (raising the image) is accomplished by applying
pressure to material with 1 or 2 metal dies to obtain a subtle tone on tone appearance. Both are effective

Engraving
Decorating method by which art or lettering is cut into a material by a laser beam that vaporizes the
portion exposed to the beam. Very precise and clean engraving can be achieved on a variety of materials
such as wood, plastic, acrylic, glass, ceramic, leather and metals.
Screen/Pad Printing
Usually the best printing techniques, to provide a crisp, colorful imprint. They are used on a very wide
