Italian Deli
Our authentic prosciutto is made the traditional
way, from pigs reared and fed according to
exacting regulations. We offer Genoa salamis,
pepperoni sausages in natural casings, and
mortadella, in addition to a great abundance of
specialty Italian deli meats of rich and subtle flavor,
prepared and cooked to savory perfection!
Cheeses
Our selection includes cheese boards, antipasto,
fresh mozzarella for healthy caprese salads,
provolone, the classically Italian
Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated cheeses, buttery
mascarpone, from Italy’s Lombardy region, asiago,
sweet ricotta, and many more specialty cheeses!
Olive Oil
All of these oils are obtained solely from the fruit
of the olive tree, free from recertification or the
use of solvents and never mixed with oils of other
kinds. These include virgin olive oils, refined olive
oils and, not the least confusing, olive oil-which is
a combination of virgin and refined olive oils.

Specialty Desserts
We offer a delicious assortment of fruit and
chocolate-filled individual desserts. Tiramisu,
the famous Italian dessert, combines the taste of
coffee with sweet, delicate mascarpone and egg,
accompanied by delicious lady-fingers and a light
dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder. Lobster
tail is a crunchy pastry similar to a sfogliatelle
but baked empty. It can be filled with a variety of
fillings including cherry, blueberry, strawberry,
custard cream or cannoli cream.
