Imagine panoramic views of the
Coachella Valley as you ascend Mt.
San Jacinto
This year, the First Lady’s Tour with
Jill Fiorini will go to great heights to
dine above the clouds! Join us for a
very special outing to the San Jacinto
Mountains National Park, 40 minutes
from our hotel. We’ll ride the famous
Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to
Peak’s Restaurant for a luncheon
above the clouds. The Tramway
ascends in 12-minutes (2.5-miles) to
the Mountain Station at 8,516 feet.
The new trams, added in 2000, are
sturdy and safe and carry up to 80
passengers. It is one of the world's
largest rotating tram cars. Once at
the top, watch the welcome video,
have a cocktail, visit the gift shop or
take the optional hike together,
weather permitting (3/4 mile loop).
Then, we will enjoy a private group
luncheon at Peak’s Restaurant, a
dining experience above the clouds,
with views of Coachella Valley and
San Jacinto Mountains National Park.

constantly, making two complete
