Role & key Skills Our associates are highly experienced and will be capable of leading work streams or assignments on their own or work alongside Cost Transformation leaders. You will be pioneers and proven practitioners in the key skills listed below. a. b. c. d. e. Leadership and behavioural coaches, change directors that shift culture and behaviours. Forensic cost accountants with key segmentation and cost and headcount tracking skills. Portfolio managers/analysts with extensive benefits and cost savings tracking capabilities. Finance & HR Directors with extensive change experience. Programme or Portfolio Directors for delivery. Qualifications required 10 years in a top tier business consultancy or senior management experience in an Industry blue chip organisation. Qualified accountants or accredited Programme management qualifications are sought but not mandatory. 1 Vacancy - Cost Transformation Limited The benefits package (Guidance only – subject to candidate experience) Our associates operate on a daily rate, subject to client assignment role and budget, but can be in the range £500-£1200, but can be higher depending on available chargeable rates.
