The remaining balance is due on February 1, 2016. Fees due in-full on September 1, 2015 are: International Student Fee (F-1 Visa), Yearbook, Matriculation, Lab Materials, Student Activities, Documentation, White Coat Ceremony, Class Fee (class dues), Curriculum Resources and Disability Insurance. The Student Account Services Office processes the payment of tuition and fees. Should you have any questions, please call 713-798-4322. *Baylor College of Medicine reserves the right to change tuition and fees without notice. VA CERTIFICATION 1. Veterans who wish to use their VA educational benefits for the first time should apply online at http://www.gibill.va.gov and complete a Form 22-1990, Application for Educational Benefits, to receive a Certificate of Eligibility. 2. If educational benefits have previously been used complete a Form 22-1995, Change of Program or Place of Training, online at http://www.gibill.va.gov to receive a Certificate of Eligibility. 3. Submit the following items to the Office of the Registrar by June 1st: Certificate of Eligibility Certificate of Release of Discharge from Active Duty (DD-214) Written statement addressed to the Veterans Administration requesting “Advanced Pay” 4. TRANSPORTATION/PARKING Houston METRO (http://www.hou-metro.harris.tx.us/) provides transportation in and around the Texas Medical Center via trolley, bus and METRORail.
