— 6:00 pm Friday through 11:30 am Sunday
— 60% lab / 40% classroom
Necessary Prerequisite Knowledge
• Practicing orthopaedic surgeon with an interest in non-arthritic hip disorders
• Interest in non-arthritic hip conditions/injuries and hip pathology
• Basic to intermediate hip arthroscopy skills
• Clinical understanding of basic hip disorders in terms of history

Any orthopedic surgeon who is interested in learning the current evidence and surgical
techniques in the treatment of non-arthritic hip pathology.

registration is subject to a $100 surcharge added to the registration fee. On-site registration will
begin on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 4:00 pm and continue daily throughout the course hours.
Every attendee needs to present photo identification to pick up registration materials.
Location
The meeting will take place at the new Orthopaedic Learning Center in Rosemont, Illinois,
just 10 minutes from O’Hare International Airport.
Housing
A block of rooms has been reserved at Hyatt Rosemont at a group rate of $129 per night.

Refund Policy
A written request must be received in the AOSSM office prior to March 25, 2015. The registration fee,
minus a $150 processing fee, will be refunded following the conference. No refunds will be made after
March 25, 2015.
