Join personal trainer Scott Provost and have some fun learning
how to do simple moves to increase your strength and get those
muscles moving! Scott will guide you on how to increase your
mobility, stability and strength to improve energy levels and daily
performance. The class will provide ways of increasing core
strength and improving movement patterns.
This class is open to all municipal employees, retirees and family,
friends in Wilbraham, Hampden, HWRSD, Longmeadow, East
Longmeadow, and LPVEC. *Any town employee who works
