NOTE:




Admission form, fees voucher and student ID card Performa are available at university
website (gcuf.edu.pk). Students are requested to please download above said documents
from website.
Form fee Rs. 500 and registration fee Rs.1500/- for all programs will be submitted in first
semester fee.
Those who are already registered in GCUF will not submit the registration fee Rs. 1500.
There is no difference of fee in half/full credit course.





The Bank Draft/ Bank Receipt of Fee, of (first semester fee in original) has to be attached
with the Admission Form.
Students who fulfill the criteria will submit the fees on fee voucher in Bank of Punjab
University booth or in form of Bank Draft drawn in the name of Treasurer, G.C
University, Faisalabad along with admission form except M.Phil.
The fee of M.Phil (Islamic Studies, Special Education, Urdu,English Literature&
Linguistics and Political Science) will be submitted after confirmation of admission.
Fee refund cases of not eligible students will not be entertained.
Last date of submission of admission form is March 24, 2015.

2. All admissions will be based on merit as per University Rules and Regulations.
3. Please write N.A. where Not‐Applicable.
4. The admission is provisional subject to the verification of applicant's credentials / documents.
5. Read the undertaking carefully before signing it.
6. Check that all the duly attested copies of the required documents have been attached with
the Admission Form.
7. Check that the application is duly signed by you and your father/guardian.
8. University dues will have to be paid as per schedule announced by the University, failing which
the right of the applicant for admission will be forfeited immediately.
9. Incomplete Admission Forms will not be entertained / processed.
10. Any incorrect statement or false information given in this Form may lead to disciplinary action
or cancellation of admission at any time.
