The United Nations Mission In the Republic of South
Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest
(EOI) from qualifie.d Contractors for the Provision of
Goods and Services to UNMISS Public Information Office
(PIO) in Juba South Sudan as stated herein.
Description or General requirements:
UNMISS wishes to purchase goods and services for the
followings:
1, Printing of Billboard and Provision of Media Asset
2.

Management Systems
Provision of promotional items
Production of national dramatic work and
MusicianlMusical talent show

Interested contractors must have the capacity to provide
and deliver the goods and services at the location,
Contractors operating in the.location where the goods and
services is required are strongly encouraged to apply
Conditions
Interested contractors are invited to submit their EOI by
courier, email or hand delivery as indicated for each
individual requirement
The EOI must include, as a
minimum, the following documentationlinformation:
1. As a mandatory requirement for UNMISS, before
submitting their EOI response, interested service

providers are required to be fully registered as a supplier
in the UN Global Marketplace (U[lJGM) using the link
https:/IWww.ungm.org at the basic level of vendor
registration or above.
Proof that the interested service providers are registered
for the particular service in UNGM under the specified
UN Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPSC) for
each requirement
UNMISS Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that
does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration
number under the specified UNSPSC as such
submissions will be considered non·responsive.
This REOI does not constitute a solicitation, UNMISS
reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements
at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process.
Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not
automatically guarantee that your company will be
considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued,

received by UNMISS no later than the closing date
specified for each requirement, via email to the recipients
specified in each REOL
The REOI must be submitted and received by UNMISS
